Now, this is a nice versatile sport rack that'll let you carry two pairs of skis, two snowboards, or two to four fishing rods in the carrier here. Just to show an example, I'm gonna pop up an insert and there they are in use installed on a platform rack. You can see with the carrier closed, it's holding two skis and a fishing rod. Now, they do use on the inside here a nice cushioned top and bottom 1-1/4 inch rubber padding which will ensure excellent grip without scratching your gear. more

Now, as I said, we're going to be able to carry up to four skis, two snowboards, or maybe some fishing rods during the off-season using this carrier. We do have these oversized buttons, so even if we are wearing something like gloves for skiing or snowboarding, just a quick press on them and they do unlatch. They stay open by themselves, which is really nice, so that way when we are loading or unloading our gear, we don't have to worry about holding those open. Hey everybody, Cooper here from etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Yakima FreshTrack on our 2023 Nissan Titan. Now, the FreshTrack is going to be a very good entry level way, if you wanna carry around up to four pairs of skis, to snowboards, or maybe even some fishing rods during the off season. Whenever you're ready to get out your things, we just have these oversized buttons right here on the front, that when you press, (component clanks and clicks) does just release into that up position. So, even if you are wearing those kind of oversized gloves that you usually wear when you're going on skiing or snowboarding, it is really easy to press even from just with (component thuds) the palm of your hand. And with those kept in place up, is really easy just to go ahead and grab your gear, and then you're ready to hit the slopes. more

Now the FatCat EVO is going to be a perfect way if you want to carry around up to four pairs of skis, or two snowboards, or somewhere in between. And one really nice, unique feature about the Yakima FatCat EVO is the fact that if you have something with those extra tall bindings, there's actually a ski lift riser, which helps accommodate for that, so that way we don't have to worry about damaging our roof at all. Now, when you're ready to take out your skis or snowboard, the first thing you're going to do is press our nice oversized button here, which will just lift our arms up into place. And the fact that they stay up in the place means you don't have to try to hold onto them while you're also trying to grab your gear off. more

Now to get directly into one of the reasons that this is a really great fit for our Titan, as you can see, the furthest back point on our Kuat Grip, which can carry up to four skis or two snowboards is really far back. So the loading and unloading process would be very difficult. But with the Kuat Grip, one of the really great features about it is that once you open those up, you actually have these little buttons and this all slides right out, allowing us really easy access to even the furthest point back on our ski and snowboard carrier. So that way, we're can just go ahead and grab our gear really easily. more

Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at E-Trailer and today we have the Kuat Grip Ski and Snowboard Carrier and we are going to take a look at how it fits our 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The Kuat Grip is one of my favorite premium carriers, because it's slides out, it has a really sleek look, and you can get it in different colors. So here's an example of how it can be helpful on the Jeep. This is a taller vehicle, and I am a shorter person, so opening up the carrier, I just hit up on those levers. I access the other lever on the inside, and now I can slide out the carrier's tracks, to make this more accessible for me. So, rather than trying to reach up onto the Jeep and stand on the ledge with my large boots, I can then just slide out the whole system, grab my skis, and now I am ready to go. more

Hey everybody, Cooper here at etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Kuat Grip on our 2022 Mazda CX-9. The Kuat Grip is going to be a great way to carry around up to four pairs of skis, two snowboards or certain variations in between. Even if you have some of your oversized gloves on for skiing or snowboarding, you can simply kind of push up on the grip and even with my palm open, it does just kind of rise up and keep itself into place. Now we are able to access these skis fairly easily because they're a little bit towards the front. However, if you did have something more towards the back, we can activate the Kuat Grip's slide out feature with these little tabs that are just right here towards the top which does move all our accessories further out and make them even easier to grab and hit the slopes. more

How's it going, everyone Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier and seeing how it fits on our 2021 Kia K5. This is going to be the four ski, two board option, but there is a six ski, three, and two ski version available as well, and each of those are going to double as fishing rod holders in the warmer weather seasons, so it's a great entry level way to get skis and snowboards or fishing rods up on top of your roof and where you need them to go safely, so let's check them out. The carrier is going to be able to support 53 pounds. We're gonna open them up just by pressing these large buttons on the end, which I can do with the palm of my hand, which is nice. If I am skiing or snowboarding, I probably have mittens or gloves on, and once they're open, they stay open, and we can take a closer look at the jaws. So they do have padding on both the top and the bottom, not only to cushion and protect our gear, but it's going to keep it from sliding back and forth. more

Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at this Rhino-Rack Ski and Fishing Rod carrier. This is gonna be one of their smaller carriers. They make a ton of different sizes of this style, some that are designed more for the ski and snowboard side, whereas this one is more for that ski and fishing rod side. It features the same button and spring loaded arms to open it up, but on the inside where they've got the rubber padding there's an additional pad in the middle with cutouts where we can add our fishing rods in and give them a good place to be held and secured down. more

Hey, it's Ethan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima FreshTrack Ski and Snowboard Carrier and how it fits on our 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. This is the four pair of ski or two board option, but there is a six ski, four board option available as well. So you've got your Atlas and you're looking for a way to get your skis and snowboards where you need them to go, but they're pretty long and they do tend to get icy and snowy, especially after you use them, so you might wanna get them up on the roof, and a ski and snowboard carrier like this is a great option to do it, especially on the Atlas with our raised rails, super easy to get the crossbars on there and the roof rack as well as the carrier, so let's check out how it works. First thing we'll do is get the carrier opened up, so you can just do it with the palm of your hand, super easy, the whole end cap is a button basically, so if you have large gloves or mittens on in the cold, super easy still to get them open, and they're hinged so they stay open, I don't have to keep holding them while I load or unload my gear. On the inside, you can see that there is nice rubber padding on the top and the bottom, not only to protect your gear, but it's gonna keep it from sliding around when you're driving. more
